Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Spectrum Filaments. We are committed to providing you with premium European-quality materials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward warranty and return process to ensure your professional experience remains uninterrupted.

Scope: This policy applies exclusively to purchases made via the Spectrum Filaments Official Website (spectrumfilaments.com). For purchases made through Amazon, eBay, Allegro, or authorized resellers, please contact them directly according to their respective policies.

1. 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to return your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date the item was delivered to your designated shipping address.

Condition for Returns:

  • Items must be in new and unused condition.
  • All original parts, accessories, and labels must be included.
  • Special Note for Consumables: For 3D printing filaments (FDM) and other materials, we only accept returns of unopened products with the vacuum seal intact. Opened or used filaments cannot be returned for secondary sale reasons unless there is a confirmed quality defect.

2. RETURN PROCESS & EXPENSES

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at support@spectrumfilaments.com.
  2. Provide your Order Number and a clear description of the reason for return (including photos or videos if the product is defective).
  3. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address for our hub in Poland.

3. REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting your return (please allow up to 7 business days for inspection), we will process your refund. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). We will notify you via email once the transaction is complete.

4. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The following conditions are not covered under our standard warranty:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase from our official store.
  • Damage caused by misuse (e.g., improper storage leading to moisture absorption, extreme temperatures).
  • Repairs or modifications attempted through 3rd parties.
  • Items purchased from illegitimate sources or second-hand parties.
  • Normal wear and tear or free promotional products.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellations prior to shipment. If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been handed over to the carrier, the order cannot be cancelled, and the standard return process must be followed.
