How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our online shop — choose products, add them to the cart and proceed to checkout. If you encounter any problems, our support team at shop@spectrumfilaments.com will be happy to help. For wholesale orders, please contact our sales team: sales@spectrumfilaments.com
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments, bank transfers and instant online payments. For B2B customers, payment on invoice is possible after prior verification.
Are VAT invoices issued?
Yes — invoices are issued automatically based on the data provided during checkout. If you need a correction, contact store support at shop@spectrumfilaments.com
How long does order processing take?
Standard processing time is 1 business day for items in stock. Custom products (Color Wish, OEM production) and backordered items have longer lead times — details are provided on the product page or in the offer.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic courier delivery in Poland usually takes 1–2 business days; delivery to EU countries typically takes 2–6 business days (depending on the destination).
Can I get a discount for buying larger quantities?
Yes — please contact our sales team (sales@spectrumfilaments.com) for a personalised offer.
Can I collect my order in person?
No — we operate online only and do not offer in-person sales or pickups.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Please contact store support shop@spectrumfilaments.com as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations are possible only before the order is dispatched. Include your order number in the message. For custom orders and Color Wish, cancellations and returns are not possible.
Which carriers do you use to ship orders?
For domestic orders (Poland) we ship with InPost or DPD. For other international shipments we use DHL.
Has my order been shipped?
Once your order is shipped we send an email with the VAT invoice attached and the tracking number.
OEM & Private Label Services
I want to place an OEM order — where can I find details?
First, please review the OEM section on our website and then contact our sales team: sales@spectrumfilaments.com
What customisation options are available for OEM?
For OEM orders we can customise spool type, stickers/labels, packaging, colours and — in special cases — produce a customised material. For detailed information please contact our sales team.
Can I order filaments under my own brand (white-label)?
Yes — we offer full white-label solutions, from neutral spools and boxes to packaging design matching your brand identity.
What are the minimum order quantities for OEM?
Minimum quantities vary depending on the type of order (colour, packaging customisation, special formulations). Please contact sales for precise information.
How long does an OEM order take?
Lead time depends on the scope of customisation and current production schedule. Standard OEM orders are usually completed within a few weeks; projects requiring a new material or colour may take longer.
Do you support developing new colours or materials?
Yes — our specialists can formulate new materials or match colours from RAL, Pantone or physical samples supplied by the client.
Is the "Verify Your Spool" report available for OEM?
No — currently the Verify Your Spool system is not available for OEM orders. Nevertheless, filaments produced under OEM agreements undergo the same rigorous tests.
Can I order OEM filaments in non-standard weights?
Yes — we offer a variety of spool weights, from 0.25 kg small reels to 8 kg industrial sizes, according to client requirements.
3D Printing Technical Support
What printing settings are recommended?
Each product page contains recommended parameters for nozzle/bed temperature and speed. Settings can vary by printer, so we recommend running test prints.
Do Spectrum filaments require drying?
Yes — many materials (e.g. PA, TPU, PETG) are hygroscopic. We recommend storing in a dry place and using filament dryers if needed.
Trouble with first-layer adhesion — what can I do?
Ensure the bed is level and clean. Adhesives, PEI sheets, or other surfaces can help in many cases.
What should I do if a filament is not printing correctly?
Check temperature, speed, retraction, nozzle condition, and filament moisture. Contact us at support@spectrumfilaments.com for help.
Do you offer material selection assistance?
Yes — our team advises on material selection based on intended application (prototype, functional part, aesthetic model).
Can I print Spectrum filaments on any printer?
Most filaments are compatible with FDM/FFF printers. Technical materials (PC CF, PPS) require higher-temperature extruders and heated beds.
