Spectrum Filament PA6 Low Warp GF30
30% Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon | Industrial Grade
Spectrum PA6 Low Warp GF30 is a specialized, functional filament based on Nylon 6, reinforced with 30% glass fibers. This engineering-grade material is designed for users who require extreme mechanical strength, high rigidity, and exceptional thermal resistance for industrial applications.
Thanks to the "Low Warp" technology, this filament significantly reduces the shrinkage typical of standard Nylon materials, allowing for the creation of complex, large-scale functional parts with professional precision. The addition of glass fibers results in a matte, aesthetic surface finish while providing superior durability.
Due to the 30% glass fiber content, this filament is highly abrasive. The use of hardened steel or ruby nozzles is mandatory to prevent rapid wear of standard brass nozzles. Recommended nozzle diameter: ≥ 0.4mm.
🔥 High Thermal Resistance
Exceptional thermal stability with a heat distortion temperature (VICAT) of up to 160°C.
💪 Industrial Strength
Extreme mechanical strength and rigidity thanks to 30% glass fiber reinforcement.
🛡️ Chemical Durability
Excellent resistance to fuels, oils, solvents, and various chemical agents common in automotive and industrial environments.
📏 Low Shrinkage
Low-Warp technology ensures high dimensional stability and minimal deformation during the printing process.
- Functional industrial prototypes
- Automotive components (under-the-hood parts)
- High-load mechanical gears and housings
- Manufacturing jigs, fixtures, and tooling
- Production of heavy-duty finished parts
