Spectrum PC/ABS FR V0 is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic blend that combines the exceptional mechanical properties of Polycarbonate (PC) with the high toughness and ease of processing of ABS.
Uncompromising on safety, this material is specifically formulated to meet the UL94-V0 flammability standard. It is designed for applications where fire safety and self-extinguishing properties are mandatory. With high heat resistance (Vicat 107°C) and excellent impact strength, it is the premier choice for functional components in electrical, automotive, and industrial sectors.
This filament complies with the UL94-V0 vertical burning test (for 1.5mm - 3.0mm thickness). It does not produce flaming drips and extinguishes itself within seconds after the flame source is removed, making it safe for electronics housings.
